TOPIC: HOW TO USE THE BOOKS?
– Create the simple of lesson plan
– How to engaged the children in topic and activity
– How to create the class atmosphere as fun as possible
– Children are learning by doing
– How to make English is easy to understand, not only as memorized

09.00 – 10.00 :
Introducing about “Children Development in emotional and behaviors, specially between Grade 1 – Grade 3 “
– Positive Talk (no under estimate, judgement, or criticize,)
– Lower the teacher status in the class
– Body Language n Tone
– Understand if every child is different with others
10.00 – 11.00 :
Explanation about YLG Unit by Unit from Start A – Start B
– Giving some detail information by Unit, and explain to teachers in form of difficulty of the meaning (Verb be singular, plural, possessive adjective, etc)
– How to use Teacher Guide and Listening CD
11.00 – 12.00 :
Little Work Shop and Asking Questions
– Explain about English Hours for the whole year
– What teacher suppose to do in extra hours,
– Create more class activity, with same topic in every unit
– Giving the hand out
