DARUNNAJAH INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OFFICE (DIRO) مكتب دار النجاح للعلاقات الدولية Welcome to the International Relations Office (IRO) of Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah, Jakarta, Indonesia. The mandate of the IRO is to promote, support and coordinate all facets of internationalization on Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah as Islamic Boarding School, and the main activities are: - Maintaining relations with the general public and developing international relations with national and international institutions;
- Coordinating the dissemination of information and activities of mutual interest, with a focus on training and education.
The IRO provides expert support and guidance to the formal and informal international relations of the Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah. IRO contributes to the internationalisation of the Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah through: - Planning and coordination of selected visit undertaken by members of the Senior Teacher Council of Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah, such as to Egypt for 3 months training for Imam and Du’at,
- Planning and coordination to Malaysia for comparative study,
- Planning and coordination The teachers to USA for joining Religion and Society Dialog Program and attending Partnership for School Leading Change; A Citizen Exchange Program for Indonesia Islamic Boarding School Educatiors.
- Conducting International student exchange program, such as to USA, Japan, and ASEAN countries; for one month and one year academic.
- Conducting International Tacher Exchange program; Darunnajah – The Holy Family Catholic School, Keighley-United Kingdom
- Conducting Exchange program for teacher and students to Japan (21st century friendship/JICA since 1986-2002.
- Managing an international visitor program for high-level visitors to the Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah, as well as international student to study at this Islamic Boarding School.
